Late notice cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) or no-shows are subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost of your appointment as scheduled. Payment for cancellations and no-shows are required within 48 hours of your appointment. Non-payment will result in cancellation of any future appointments and no further appointments permitted.
